“I study movement to heal it, I move to understand it, and I educate to share it”

“Beyond the clinic, I stay rooted in the dance community and keep movement central to my life through weight training, acrobatics and XMA, and flexibility work.

I’m committed to continually exploring new movement and wellbeing practices, bringing fresh perspectives to the work I do at PREHAB.”

“These experiences gave me first-hand insight into the unique physical demands placed on performers and the importance of making movement sustainable.”

“Driven to better understand and support the bodies behind the art, I pursued a career in physiotherapy. Alongside my studies, I performed a 28-day run as a dancer at the Edinburgh Fringe, where I also worked as a Sports Massage Therapist for a wide range of festival performers. I continued developing my clinical and performance-focused skills, completing my MSc in Physiotherapy at the University of Birmingham.”

Highlights include working across a range of respected arts and community organisations; providing physiotherapy and sports massage for BreakMissions ‘Swan Break’ project, leading accessible dance sessions for children with additional needs with sport Birmingham, and teaching contemporary and house dance at Fabric.

“My passion for treating and empowering performers runs deep. With my combined industry experience and clinical training, I bridge the gap between artistry, athleticism, and rehabilitation—helping performers recover with confidence, build resilience, and sustain long, thriving careers.”!

“My journey began as a competitive street dancer, where a deep fascination with movement first took root. After graduating from De Montfort University with a BMedSci (Hons) in Medical Science, I went on to provide physiotherapy support to professional athletes—while simultaneously competing and winning national and international dance championship titles, and beginning my professional career in dance theatre.”

“Still performing, still creating, still researching and still moving. One discipline informs the other, and I love to find the bridges between art and athleticism wherever possible! ”!
