“When you want to do something, do it right the first time. Go in depth, understand where you’re at and get a good plan to make sure you reach where you want to be”

Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing ongoing pain, or striving for peak performance, we’ll guide you every step of the way with precision, care, and clinical insight. Our approach is grounded in the latest evidence-based practice, combining biomechanical analysis, movement science, and advanced manual therapy techniques to identify and treat the true cause of your symptoms — not just the surface pain.

By improving joint mobility, muscle balance, and neuromuscular control, we help restore efficient movement patterns, reduce the risk of re-injury, and enhance your body’s overall performance. Each session is tailored to your individual goals, ensuring your treatment plan adapts as you progress.

If you want results that last — not just temporary relief — book your session today and experience what it feels like to have a clinically-driven, personalised rehab plan designed around you.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Our physiotherapists treat a wide range of musculoskeletal problems, including sports injuries, back and neck pain, joint pain, tendon problems, post‑surgical rehab, and movement or performance issues. We work with everyday gym‑goers through to professional performers and athletes.

  • No. You can book directly with us without a referral. If you’re under a surgeon or consultant, we can communicate with them and align your rehab plan with their recommendations.

  • Your first session includes a detailed history, movement and strength assessment, hands‑on examination, and discussion of your goals. We’ll explain our findings clearly, start treatment where appropriate, and outline a clear rehab and performance plan.

  • Most sessions combine both. We use hands‑on techniques (joint mobilisation, soft‑tissue work, muscle energy techniques and stretching) alongside targeted exercises to restore strength, control, and resilience. You’ll leave with a focused plan, not just a list of generic exercises.

  • It depends on the nature and duration of your problem and your goals. Some people need only a few sessions to get back on track; more complex or long‑standing issues may need a structured block of treatment and rehab. Your physio will outline a realistic plan at your first appointment.
