Precision Sports Massage
With Prehab Performance Specialists
Our precision sports massage goes beyond relaxation — it’s clinical, targeted, and results-driven.
Every member of our team is a trained clinician with a strong medical and injury rehabilitation background, ensuring every treatment is informed by real clinical expertise. We specialise in finding and releasing those hard-to-reach areas of tension, helping you move better, recover faster, and perform at your best.
We recommend sports massage either when you’re not injured and need a check in or alongside your rehabilitation plan.
“Your body deserves the same precision that you give your sport, you want to know what and why you’re training so why wouldn’t you want to be specific about what massage you’re getting?”
It’s about helping your body perform and recover at its best. Targeted pressure and movement techniques increase blood flow and lymphatic circulation, delivering more oxygen and nutrients to your muscles while helping to remove metabolic waste like lactic acid. This process helps reduce inflammation, ease muscle tightness, and speed up recovery after training or injury. Regular sports massage has also been shown to improve flexibility, joint range of motion, and neuromuscular efficiency, keeping your body in optimal condition for performance and injury prevention.
-
Our Precisions Sports massage is more targeted and clinically focused. We assess how you move and then use specific soft‑tissue techniques to address tightness, over‑worked areas and movement restrictions, supporting both performance and recovery rather than offering a generic relaxation massage.
-
Sports massage is suitable for anyone who trains regularly or has a physically demanding job, from runners and lifters to dancers, performers and active professionals. You don’t need to be an elite athlete to benefit.
-
It can support recovery as part of a wider plan, but it’s not a replacement for a full physiotherapy assessment when you’re injured. If you have pain or a significant injury, we may recommend a physio assessment first and then integrate sports massage into your rehab where appropriate.
-
Frequency depends on your training load, competition schedule and how your body responds. Some people benefit from a regular monthly session; others use it strategically around heavy training blocks, rehearsals or events.
-
You may feel strong pressure or discomfort in tight or sensitive areas, but it should never feel unsafe or overwhelming. We work with you to find the right level of intensity and adjust techniques as needed.
-
Many people with medical conditions can safely receive sports massage, but some situations require caution. Please let us know about any health conditions, medications or recent surgeries so we can advise you and choose the most appropriate approach.
