With Prehab Performance Specialists

Strength training is at the heart of everything we do. Whether you’re rebuilding strength after an injury or pushing to reach your peak performance in sport, our expert clinicians design evidence-based, personalised training plans that help you get there safely and effectively.

Every body moves differently — which is why every programme we create is tailored to your unique biomechanics, goals, and performance demands. Using the latest in clinical knowledge and training science, we bridge the gap between rehab and performance, helping you move better, get stronger, and stay injury-free.

‘‘Real strength isn’t guesswork — it’s measured, built, and refined with science. Every lift, every movement, and every milestone is guided by data and clinical expertise. Start your journey with us and discover what truly intelligent training feels like’’

Train in our state-of-the-art Marylebone facility, right in the heart of Central London, where clinical expertise meets cutting-edge performance technology. Our fully equipped gym provides everything you need to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and elite strength training. We use VALD performance systems, including force plates and strength testing tools, to measure every aspect of your progress, from power output and asymmetry to muscle activation and stability, ensuring every session is driven by real data, not guesswork.

Under the guidance of our qualified healthcare professionals, you’ll train using evidence-based strength and conditioning principles rooted in biomechanics, neuromuscular adaptation, and load management. We focus on developing true functional strength, improving movement efficiency, coordination, and resilience so you don’t just recover; you perform better than before.

This is more than a gym session — it’s a clinically designed performance experience. Every rep, every movement, and every metric is tracked and analysed to make sure you’re progressing towards your specific goals. Whether you’re rebuilding after injury or aiming to elevate your athletic performance, we’ll help you move smarter, lift stronger, and perform with precision.

At Prehab, we bring clinical science and elite training together in one of London’s most advanced rehabilitation and performance spaces.
