“Romy Adair is a professional dancer and entrepreneur dedicated to both the art of ballet and the power of digital storytelling.
Romy’s professional career has taken her across the globe, touring with Ballet Cymru in Romeo & Juliet, performing in Copenhagen with Tivoli Ballet Theatre during their winter season, and dancing throughout Europe with Etoile Ballet Gala Company. Most recently, she has been working in London with BalletMAR, further expanding her repertoire and experience in the industry.
Beyond the stage, Romy is deeply passionate about fostering community and conversation within the dance world. In 2020, she founded The Hard Corps Podcast, a platform dedicated to open and honest discussions about the realities of the dance industry. Through this project, she cultivated a network of like-minded dancers and creatives, leading her to take on the role of Marketing Lead at Imperfect Pointes, the UK’s first sustainable dancewear company.
Her expertise in digital marketing and social media strategy naturally evolved into a freelance career, where she helped brands and artists establish their presence online. This journey ultimately led her to launch Corps Socials, a social media agency tailored specifically to the dance and arts sector. With a deep understanding of both the artistic and digital landscapes, Romy continues to bridge the gap between performance and promotion, empowering artists and businesses to share their stories with the world.”
