“Healthcare for dancers should be just as good (if not better) than it is for any other athlete”
“I have been team prehab from the very beginning and feel very proud to have played a part in it’s growth. In the early days, we had one clinic room and deeply shared drive to bring our specialist services to more of those who needed it most.
I couldn't have even imagined back then all of the good and all of the change that we’ve promoted through various projects and clinic itself. I was on a mission to even help just one dancer and now it’s amazing to step back and take in where we are now!”
“The last 5 years of following my passion and standing up for what I believe in has taken me in many exciting directions.”
This includes mentorship with pointe shoe fitters from around the world and developing a pointe shoe screening method, working with leading brands on dance designs, Podcast appearances as well as streaming my own, providing content for online platforms, international dance science conferences, guest teaching in vocational schools and I’m sure there’s plenty more to come!!
Coming to clinic can be daunting, I know because I’ve been there as an injured dancer myself, but my priority has always been creating a plan. With a plan, you know what you’re aiming for, you know what you need to do and we can start to build back up to wherever it is that you want to be.
I am very excited this year to be working in collaboration with The Ballet Project to bring science based intensive ballet courses to the UK. Working together with a wider team who are all on the same mission is really important to me. I think bringing physio alongside a psychologist within the week long course is going to be a game changer in how we start to further improve the approach of intensive training in adult ballet populations.
“My past experiences have lead me into being able to provide just that. If you take other sports, the movement is analysed and understood down to the finest detail and how to improve and work on that detail has already been implemented within many teams. That’s what I’m here to do for Performers.
Everything from working out what that niggle is, to long term rehab plans and support alongside returning to a contract or vocational program.”

I’m a musical theatre performer and I’ve been struggling with cervical disc protrusions for two years. After seeing countless doctors and specialists with little improvement, I had almost lost hope — I couldn’t even move my neck properly, which was limiting my dancing. After only six sessions with Chloe, I regained full mobility and was able to dance again. It honestly felt unbelievable. Chloe is incredibly skilled, caring, and truly knows what she’s doing! Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!

I came to Prehab because it was highly recommended by a number of other dancers like myself. I was lucky to see Chloe about a hip injury; she is lovely and very knowledgeable. After one session with Chloe, I already feel less pain and feel much more informed about how to look after the injury. I received clear exercises and Chloe made sure to explain why they would benefit me - I'm looking forward to seeing/feeling the results and feel confident in the guidance I have been given.

I have dealt with an ongoing problem with my knee for around 20 years, and this is the first time in a long time I've felt like there's a real road to improvement and not just preventing reinjury. Chloe is so knowledgeable and takes a holistic approach, which makes finding ways to fit recovery into my busy everyday life feel attainable. I'd found her on tiktok ages ago, and always put off reaching out to make an appointment, and I'm so glad I finally did. I can't wait to keep working on improving my knee and skills as a musical theatre performer with support from Chloe!
