“I found a passion in combining my love for performing and healthcare”

“Growing up in a family of healthcare and public-sector workers, helping others always felt natural. At the same time, I had a strong creative streak and a deep passion for music. Torn between the two, I chose to follow my artistic side first and began studying for a BA in Music and Theatre.

In 2015, I completed my MA in Musical Theatre at the Guildford School of Acting and started my professional career as a performer. I was fortunate to work on shows and productions around the world, and alongside performing, I discovered a love for teaching—coaching students in singing, music theory, and performance skills.

Eventually, I felt the pull back toward healthcare and decided to pursue another long-standing passion: physiotherapy.

During my physiotherapy training, I developed a particular interest in the connection between physiotherapy and voice work, as well as a strong aptitude for solving complex musculoskeletal issues. Combined with my teaching background and first-hand industry experience, this unique blend of skills helps me understand the pressures and physical demands performers face. It also allows me to tailor my approach to what truly matters—supporting clients’ short-term goals and long-term wellbeing.

Outside of work, I still sing whenever I can, and I’m always ready for a new challenge. Whether it’s tennis, bouldering, or long-distance running, I love staying active and trying new sports.
