Wanting to integrate everything I’d learned and understand the body at the deepest level, I went on to complete a master’s degree at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine. There, I developed a holistic approach to health—one that considers how every system of the body contributes to overall function, recovery, and performance.
Today, my work blends osteopathy, strength and conditioning, sports science, and Pilates to create a comprehensive, personalised approach. Whether someone is an elite athlete, a recreational sports enthusiast, or simply someone seeking to move with more ease and confidence, I help them overcome pain, optimise performance, and build long-term physical longevity.
