Our client and staff safety is our top priority

What you can expect:

All Staff are double vaccinated. 

 

Twice weekly lateral flow tests are routinely taken by the team to minimise the risk of transmission as per ours and our partners protocols.

 

Patient screening: 

  • We no longer routinely screen every patient for COVID. Instead, we ask that our patients exercise caution when entering our premises if they are experiencing COVID symptoms. Then they might prefer to reschedule their appointment. As a healthcare department, we look after vulnerable individuals and although COVID may not affect you directly, it can be harmful to others.

  • Virtual appointments are available with members of the therapy team, for those that cannot attend in person.

 

Patient entry/exit: 

  • The treatment rooms are well ventilated and will be thoroughly cleaned between appointments.

  • Appropriate PPE will be worn by staff during our assessments.

Cleaning:

  • All surfaces and equipment that is touched by patients and staff will be cleaned between appointments.

  • The room is left to air between appointments.

  • All washable equipment is used once before being laundered to remove as many germs as possible.
